Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and custom furniture projects with Obedius Wooden Hub.

Prices: all prices are shown in Rwandan francs (RWF). We may update prices at any time; the price confirmed on your order or written quotation applies.

Orders and payment: an order is confirmed once payment has been verified by us. Payment must be made using one of the methods shown at checkout.

Custom furniture: custom work is based on a written quotation. A deposit may be required before production starts, and the remaining balance is due as agreed in the quotation. Production times are estimates.

Delivery: delivery charges and timelines are shown at checkout or in your quotation. Please inspect items on delivery and tell us promptly about any damage.

Care and natural materials: wood is a natural material, and variations in grain and colour are normal.
